Employee Portal

Access to internal systems requires valid credentials issued by your Regional Human Resources Coordinator. If you have not received credentials, contact your supervisor. If you do not have a supervisor, contact Regional Oversight.

Unauthorized access attempts are logged, timestamped, geolocated, and reported to Regional Oversight within one business day. Repeated attempts may result in administrative action, credential suspension, or a visit from the Endpoint Security Team.

Authenticate

Employee ID Format: RARS-YYYY-NNNNN. Found on your badge, pay stub, or Form E-01.

Region Code If your region is not listed, your assignment may be under review.

Passphrase Passphrases expire every 45 days. If expired, submit Form E-17.

Password resets require Form E-17, supervisor countersignature, and a notarized copy of your original offer letter. Processing time: 5-7 business days (10-14 for Region 6 personnel).

If you believe your credentials have been compromised, report to the Endpoint Security Desk immediately. Do not attempt to change your own password. Do not discuss the compromise with colleagues. Do not speculate about the nature of the compromise in writing.

Employees accessing this portal from personal devices acknowledge that the device may be subject to remote telemetry collection for the duration of the session and an unspecified period thereafter.

Notice: The Whistleblower Submission Portal routes through the same authentication system as all other employee resources. All submissions are reviewed by the Compliance and Perception Integrity team within 5 business days. The team reports to the same management structure as the departments being reported on. This is by design and has been approved by Legal.
